What's the plan?
A variety of options are available in The Grammar. You can hire a desk for a day, a room for a week, or take out a multi-month lease for a space that works for you. We want to work with you to create the flexibility or the security you need. The community is central to The Grammar and while the public will be able to come inside the building at designated times and for certain events, your privacy and security are fundamental parts to enjoying your time with us. We hope to encourage our tenants to create a business community of their own, to share experiences, and to help productivity in their own businesses.
There are different room sizes, and different features available. Some spaces have their own external doors and there are private or shared toilet facilities. All tenants will be able to connect their own broadband services, with Fibre to the premises connections enabled. Inbound post and parcel handling are included, with outgoing post available at a small charge.
Whether you’re after a temporary or permanent home, we want you to enjoy our space and be able to operate at your very best.
