- Community - Dedicated community spaces will be available to hire. The public will soon be able to can enjoy the grounds and utilise the building.
- Events - the original hall, from the Edwardian era has been restored to create an amazing space suitable for a range of events and activities.

- The Business Hub - The standalone business hub (Baby Grammar) will be available for further entrepreneurial businesses and SMEs to use and operate from. The operating model for this is currently being established. Further information will be coming soon.
