How was the project funded
A large amount of the renovation budget for The Grammar has been provided by the Future High Streets Fund (FHSF), a central Government Scheme designed to breathe life back into British towns. The grant amount was £8.59m with the total invested in each of the three Heanor projects from additional sources set to exceed £17m. With changes to the structure of funding at UK Government, the FHSF moved into DLUHC (Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities).
